The Institute of Marketing Malawi (IMM) has released its first digital magazine, The Marketer.
This follows several years of hardcopy publications where issues relating to the market and how the marketing industry is evolving in Malawi and around the world were shared. The issue captures stories ranging from Malawi’s 2063 vision to Brand Malawi with some contributors tackling digital transformation and key economic drivers of our economy all tacked from the eyes of a marketer.
IMM Director of Communications, Daniel Ngwira, said it is important for Marketers to move with the trends. He said, “going digital is a top priority in every industry now and as Marketers, we set the pace. We are confident that being able to access this magazine from anywhere and at any time will provide convenience both to our affiliate marketers and other stakeholders of interest.”
“Thus, it is always captivating to learn of how other experts are faring in this ever-evolving industry of ours. I can guarantee that there is something in here for everyone, so get a copy”, he further said.
Ngwira added that the digital copy would create room for more publications throughout the year, keeping marketers informed on exciting developments in the industry and at IMM.
The online issue coming out for the first time will be coming out in several issues in the year while the hard copy will continue to be published and distributed during the marketers’ annual conference in October. As such, various companies and organisations are asked to already book their advertising slots and that work is in progress compiling stories for the upcoming issues.
