]]> The Institute of Marketing in Malawi (IMM) and Sales Hub are teaming up to offer a comprehensive training programme on customer experience, to equip marketers and other professionals with the tools and strategies to create lasting and profitable customer relationships.

The training, to be held on March 8 2024 at Amaryllis Hotel in Blantyre from 8:30am to 4:00pm, will be facilitated by Sales Hub Director Michael Khomani and Nico Holdings plc Customer Experience Manager Nicole Ngulube, who will both bring vast knowledge in the area of customer experience.

The fee for attending this Training is MWK165,000.00 per person. Lunch and Refreshments will be provided.
